We take pork shoulders, rub them with Scotty’s special blend of spices, smoke ‘em for 15 hours and heap 1/3 lb. onto a hoagie. Then top this off with one of Scotty’s take- to- the- grave secret BBQ sauces and you have the finest sandwich on the island.

Beef Brisket $10.99

1/3 lb. of BBQ brisket that’s smoked for 20 hours, then piled onto a hoagie, Oh Yeah! Add bacon for $1

Smoked Breast of Chicken $10.99

6 oz. of smoked chicken breast, marinated in Chef Britt’s Teri-ginger sauce. Add Swiss cheese for $.75 or Bacon for $1.00
